Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. April 2, 2012 – The more than 1500 families residing at BallenIsles Country Club who joined together to launch the BallenIsles Charities Foundation, Inc. with a vision of “Helping to Make a Difference” hosted a unique 3-day inaugural fundraising benefit as part of their commitment to give back to the community.

An entire weekend of events held at BallenIsles from Friday, March 30 – Sunday, April 1,  included an Inaugural Banquet; Bike, Run or Walk; Golf Trick Shot Artist Exhibition; 18 hole and 9 hole shot gun on BallenIsles championship golf courses; Collectible & Exotic Car Exhibition; Springtime in Paris – Fashion Show and Luncheon; Camp BallenIsles – Tennis and Gourmet Delights; Concert and Dessert Reception – Palm Beach Opera and a Finale Celebration featuring the Jupiter High School Marching Band.

 

WPTV Channel 5 news anchor Jim Sackett officiated as Master of Ceremonies for Friday’s inaugural banquet.

 

 

Palm Beach Gardens mayor David Levy presided over Saturday’s Bike, Walk or Run event.

The launch of this Foundation formally underlines a commitment to give back to our local community and those civic and not-for-profit organizations in Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach that make such a difference, not only to our own lives but to so many of our neighbors in the surrounding towns and villages,” said BallenIsles Charities Foundation Inc. President and Founder Fred Corrado.
