NEW YORK CITY, – NewsMark Public Relations landed an invitation on the top rated NBC Today Show for New York City restaurant client Mandler’s The Original Sausage Company, shortly after being retained to execute a restaurant franchise public relations program.

“We felt the restaurant franchise concept would make for a delicious feature on the Today Show and were delighted that its producers agreed,” said Mark Hopkinson, CEO NewsMark Public Relations who took the idea to NBC. 
The sausage extravaganza drew applause from the show’s live audience in Rockefeller Center.
